help please.. i am having breakouts.. what is a great acne treatment? or natural treatment..?

i cant even say that i have acne, its not really bad, its more like a mild case… i have benn using neutrogena face bar and neutrogena astringent.. sometimes it works and sometimes its back to normal with the breakouts..
i been thinking about trying something natural, something effective that doesn't have so many harmful chemicals..
any suggestions??
