At least they don't stay with me for long, but I would love to know which types of food I should eat to prevent acne and what vitamins are great for preventing acne?

I don't have a full face of acne but it's ones here and there and they leave marks! I am 20 years old and I have scars as well. I put vitamin e on my face and tea tree oil but my skin still isn't improving. I'm so frustated! I used proactive and that burned my face and cetaphil broke me out more. Anyway, any help would be greatly appericated.
I went to a dermatlogist. he kept trying to push accuitane and my skin isn't bad enough to take such a harsh drug.
