divadexie 06/14/2009 at 10:31 AM

work in doing what?

b0bbymill3r 06/14/2009 at 6:46 PM

umm curing scars?

divadexie 06/15/2009 at 3:44 PM

how do u use it?
topically or orally?

divadexie 06/15/2009 at 3:50 PM

the principle behind the claim that vitamins make ur skin look beautiful does not really have much to do about the skin.. since our body parts are interrelated, what u do to one can affect the other parts.. so when u are healthy inside, it will show in ur skin so u're skin will look healthy too.. there are a lot of scar treatments by the way like chemical peels, microdermabrasion, collagen induction therapy, laser and some products can help like OBAGI products..

thanks what foods would you recommend eating? that hard part for me is i hate most veggies so yea..

divadexie 06/16/2009 at 1:25 PM

of course i would suggest fruits and veggies… but i dont understand ur question though… what for would that recommendation be? to prevent future acne breakouts or cure acne scars?

does proactive remove scars?

SponzxXxSponz 06/22/2009 at 5:32 PM

only?? i think thats a lot of money…maybe you should look up some home remedies that are less expensive, and if those dont wrk have the treatment done as a last resort

No, it doesnt

It's good to eat healthy and drink loads of water but if you have troubling, or persistant acne, you MUST see a dermatologist. A dermatologist can give you prescriptions for things that WILL work. Washing with water or anything else will not work. You need professional help from a doctor. Don't wait because you will get scars if you don't treat your acne properly with a doctors help.

I tried an experiment of not looking in the mirror or touching my face for two weeks in an attempt to minimalise me worrying about my skin. After two weeks my skin looked substantially better! Since then I've began worrying about it again, … it's back, lol. I'm not saying try it and it will make your skin better, but if anyone should choose to follow what I have done I'd be glad to hear if you have good results, message me. I'm going to try it again after reading an article which I found ….

The7thFret 06/25/2009 at 9:42 PM

had a similar theory to me, that acne and other skin diseases are mind over matter and that these physical signs (spots) are just a way of the body's subconscious to deal with these fears. In my experience it seems to make sense, although I also believe that diet. is an important factor.
The reason I chose to research this in the first place was because I found when I didn't worry so much about my skin, it got better! This lead to me worrying about my skn getting worse, which caused relapse :(
