Absolutely. Do an experiment. For 2 weeks….only eat healthy things. No fast food…no premade meals. You cook everything yourself. Fresh fruit, veggies, protien and carbs. Eat 6 small meals a day….drink 64 oz of water a day. You will see an amazing transformation in your skin, hair and nails. You will have more energy and your sleeping patterns will improve. Limit the salt, fat and refined sugars….especially the salt and sugar. Read ingredients on the foods you purchase…you'll be suprised how much added garbage there is in it.
