Why are acne cream commercials so unrealistic ?
I do not understand how, commercials like "clean and clear," always have an actress who complains about their pimples. For Instance, there will be an actress talking to her friend and complain, "Oh my gosh! I hate having pimples!" But they're friggen skin is smooth like a baby's bottom. I mean honestly, if your going to promote an acne cream, atleast show the skin before, with their nasty pimples and shit like how real pimples and acne look like! For me that would actually make me believe that the product works. What do you think?

I think the same thing! It just makes you feel even more spotty. I'm sat there like "if they're spotty then I must look like a monster!". I agree, they should show REAL people. Most the stuff you buy off the shelves doesn't work anyway. I got given tablets from the doctors desgined to get rid of acne and they work wonders. They even have a book full of photos of before + after as well. If you're having problems with spots, your best bet is to go and see your GP.
