My acne went away when I stopped eating all dairy products. No dairy. That was my answer.
Great sources of calcium are oranges, almonds, sesame seeds and Broccoli.

I use 2.5% BP which doesnt dry your skin as badly as 10… but use a moisturizer after and it will help. :) Oh yeah, try some aloe vera gel mixed with a little of your moisturizer… its very light. I use emu oil on occasion. lol

Some people do not at all have Greasy skin but there are others like me and my mom. And thank you so much! I have had a break out for quiet a long time. Thanks soooo much!

I've been using This Clearasil stay clear Daily Facial Scrub, with 2% Salicylic acid acne medication and its working really well for my skin accept it kinda dries it out but that should wear off after a couple of uses, (Notice is you use any product with Salicylic Acid that you shouldnt use it with other tpical acne products because that would raise the risk of irritation.) but other than that the product is working really well (comment continues above)

for my skin. Since its drying out my skin im using clean and clear morning glow. moisturizer with spf 15 and its making my skin really oily, and its supposed to be oil free, and im wondering it its natural for suncreen to do that skin. And is it really true that continuous moisturization takes away your skins natural ability to moisturize?

That's open to interpretation, personally I'm not sure. After watching bubzbeauty's video, I found that if I moisturize my T-zone produces slightly less oil, so I'm assuming it does "take away" the skin's natural moisture, but not completely. I only use moisturizer b/c of the sunscreen, you might want to look into that though.

ive been using this product for a while and it did take some getting use to, my face felt like it was on fire for about 4-5 minutes during the first week of use. and i agree, it's effective on small or regular zits. it makes whiteheads worse for me (go figure). but if you get a big zit the product will keep it under control. if u have something for big pimples, keep using that. use this for regular-little ones. also, spread this product evenly it can clump but u can wash it off in the morning
